- In May 2007, Above & Beyond Caring, LLC became a certified provider of Home and Community Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living Program (TxHmL). HCS is a Medicaid waiver program offering residential, day habilitation, respite, and other support services both in-home and in independent living settings. The Texas Home Living Program is a Medicaid wavier program approved by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) pursuant to 1915 © of the Social Security Act. It provides community-based services and supports to eligible individuals who live in their own home.

HI, just want to drop by and say hi. It is good in US that you have his kind of services. Here in Malaysia, we don't have a lot of this services.
